Idy is a real estate agent (R063512C) in Singapore with ERA, who is passionate about helping her clients find their dream home/investment property and helping them sell their properties successfully at the most optimal price. 

She strongly believes in providing professional advice to her clients through active listening, finding out their needs & wants, and strategizing a way to their goals. 


Idy has had 9 years of experience in the corporate and mortgage finance industry previously. 

 

BACKGROUND

 

Idy first started her career with OCBC Enterprise Banking in 2012 and specialized in assisting SMEs with their working capital requirements. 

Subsequently, at the age of 23; she co-founded an SME corporate advisory firm, helping SME business owners obtain working capital from the lowest interest costs possible from an established network of 35 banks and financial institutions. The SME industries that she had served included construction, engineering, retail, IT, F&B, logistcs, wholesale trade, marketing and communications etc. 

She is also grateful to have been awarded the New Entrepreneur of The Year Award by ASME in 2016 and was featured in Straits Times, Channel News Asia & Lianhe Zaobao at that time.

With a hunger for knowledge and growth, Idy went on to Redbrick Mortgage thereafter in 2019 to assist property owners with obtaining mortgage loans from a network of 16 banks and financial institutions. Her scope of services included home loan IPA, comparing mortgage loans for new homeowners, refinancing, bridging loans, construction loans, decoupling etc. She had assisted more than 200 property owners with more than $145 million worth of mortgage loans in total. 

She is now an award-winning licensed property agent (R063512C) with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd. (CEA Licence No. L3002382K)
