  • 50 viewing inquiries in a span of 3 days. By the time the 6th person viewed the house, we already had 4 offers to choose from (1 of which was from a video call viewing)

  • The property was sold on the 5th day at a price of S$26,000 above bank valuation, and higher than neighboring blocks on levels 5 to 9.
